Lettuce (2 or 3 kinds)
1 tomato
3 potatoes
3 boiled eggs
Pitted black olives
1 small can French style green beans

Italian dressing:
⅓ cup red wine vinegar
dash of garlic powder
tsp. oregano
tsp. basil
tsp. dill
⅔ cup olive oil
1 tsp. lemon juice

Break up two or three kinds of lettuce. Cut up tomato, potatoes, boiled eggs and cucumber. Add a few pitted black olives and a small can French style green beans. (Could add onion or cooked chicken).

Italian dressing: Combine red wine vinegar with garlic powder, oregano, basil, and dill. Add olive oil and lemon juice. Shake well and chill one hour.
