1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. pepper

1 medium head cabbage, shredded
(8 cups lightly packed)
1 large carrot, shredded

About 1 hours before serving or early in day:

In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, milk, cider vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add one medium head cabbage, shredded (8 cups, lightly packed) and one large carrot, shredded and toss gently until well coated. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour to blend flavors. Makes 8 servings.
