1 c flour
1 c sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 tsp baking powder
4 c Berries - could use blueberry, blackberry, raspberry or strawberries
1 tsp vanilla
1 c milk
1 stick butter - melted in cast iron skillet

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients with whisk. In small bowl add 1 tsp vanilla to 1 c milk and whisk in to dry ingredients. Add 1 stick of melted butter and whisk together. Pour batter into a hot skillet you had melted the butter in. Scoop 4 cups of crushed berries into middle of batter and sprinkle with sending sugar. Bake at 350º for 1 hour until golden brown. Serve with cream or ice cream.
