3-4 ripe bananas
½ c vegetable oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c sugar
1 ½ c flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ c nut meats optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mash bananas in large mixing bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour dough into 1 large or 2 medium greased floured bread pans. Bake 55-60 minutes. Done when toothpick comes out clean.
