pound (8 oz.) uncooked lasagna noodles
1 poud uncooked LEAN ground beef
pound (4 oz.) grated mozzarella cheese
⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pounds (24 oz.) cottage cheese
2 Tablespoons minced parsley
2 eggs, beaten
teaspoon salt
1 quart (48 oz.) spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cottage cheese, parsley, eggs and salt. Lightly grease 9" x 13' baking dish. Spoon sauce to cover dish. Add layer of noodles. Spread on layer of cottage cheese mixture. Add layer of beef then sauce. Repeat layers. Top with mozzarella cheese and parmesan. Cover with foil and bake at 425 about 45 minutes or until noodles are tender.
