2 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
salt
2 medium bananas mashed
2 eggs
c shortening (Crisco)
2 tsp vanilla
1 c sugar
1 c blueberries
c walnuts - chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together shortening and sugar. Add vanilla and bananas, and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Mix well.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour in greased pan or pan lined with parchment or wax paper. Makes one loaf.
