2 Tbs. Olive Oil
3 Tbs. Butter
1/2 cup Orzo
3 tsp. Chicken Granules
1 cup rice (not minute)
1 Red Onion
1/2 Red Pepper diced
1 Jalapeno Pepper diced
1 Poblano Pepper dice
2 Cloves Garlic minced
1 lb. Hot Sausage
1 lb. Shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
In a soup pot, melt 3 Tbs of butter and sauté orzo noodles until just brown. Add 3 1/2 cups of water and 3 tsp of chicken granules and bring to a boil. When boiling add 1 cup of rice and let simmer for 20 minutes.

In large sauté pan add olive oil, peppers, garlic, salt and pepper. Saute on medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Add sausage and cook through add shrimp and cook until pink.

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
