1 c milk
1 tsp salt
½ c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 tsp baking powder
1 ½ c chopped nuts
2 c flour
4 T. melted butter

If not thick enough, add more flour.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. In an a large bowl, mix milk and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla. Mix well. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix well. Place in well greased loaf pan. (can line pan with parchment paper)
Bake at 350º 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.

Makes 1 large loaf.
