c brown sugar
c buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
2 c flour
tsp baking soda
1 c bananas-mashed (about 2)
c English walnuts, chopped, divided
tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together brown sugar, buttermilk, oil, egg, vanilla, flour, baking soda, banana, and c nuts. Spoon into well-greased muffin tins. Combine c chopped nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over muffins. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 or until center springs when touched.
