1 lb hamburger
1 15 oz can tomato Sauce
1 15 oz can corn
1 15 can chili con carne (no beans)
1 onion
1 can sliced olives
2 packages Fritos
6 beef tamales removed from husk
Shredded cheddar or Colby Jack

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the hamburger, add diced onion. Drain fat, add tomato sauce, corn, chili con carne, add 1 1/2 tablespoons of TJs taco seasoning. Use a fork to break up tamales in a bowl and add to hamburger mixture.

Spray 9x13 inch pan ( or 2 9x9- for split recipe). Cover bottom of pan with Fritos. Scoop hamburger/tamale mixture over to completely cover. Cover with a layer of cheese then sprinkle the olives on top. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins.
