One Crust:

1 cup sifted flour
2 Tbsp. sifted flour
tsp. salt
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. cold water

Two Crusts:

1 cups sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
cup vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. cold water

Directions:
Directions:
One Crust:

In a bowl, combine 1 cup and 2 Tbsp. flour and salt. Add oil. Mix until grainy. Sprinkle with water. Mix to moisten. Form dough into a ball. Chill until ready to use. Roll out dough between two strips of wax paper. Remove top piece of paper. Place dough in 9-inch pie pan, with paper side up. Peel paper. Fit dough into a pan. Trim, leaving a -inch overhang. Fold under, flute edges and prick thoroughly.

Bake at 450 for 12 to 15 minutes until light brown. If crust will be baked with filling, do not prick.

Two Crusts:

Mix dough same as for one-crust pie, only divide into half and roll out separately.
