2 ½ c sifted flour
1 cup lard or shortening
½ t salt
¼ c water
1 egg
1 Tbls vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients. Toss and press together; DO NOT KNEAD! Roll out and bake at 475° For 8-9 minutes.

If you knead. Pie crust will not be flaky.
