Personal Notes:
So in the first cookbook, I wrote about how Capin's spaghetti was a favorite that I made for Thomas and me frequently before kids. He would ask, "Where did you learn to cook like that?" Now it is not only a favorite of Thomas and mine but of my girls. Capin's spaghetti is Caitlin's favorite meal. If I start getting lazy and make spaghetti from store-bought marinara sauce, they will be nice about it and say it was good but not like Capin's spaghetti!

Also, Leah made Capin's spaghetti in her cooking class that she and I did the first year she homeschooled. For Capin's 88th birthday Leah did a pop-up restaurant at Capin's house on February 17, 2018. The theme was "Around The World". She had many courses on her menu, and they were all from different countries. It was very interesting. However, for the main course, she served Capin's spaghetti. Everyone loved it as usual.
