Personal Notes:
In the Schuelke family, every Thanksgiving since David and Nan Schuelke were married on June 19 th,1976, Grandma looked forward to Nan making Judy's Texas Dip for an appetizer. One Thanksgiving, Dave talked Nan out of making the dip and everyone missed it-especially Grandma! Needless to say, Nan made it for every holiday after that and Elizabeth Schuelke McCarthy continues this tradition at special family events!
