1 lb carrots (1 c) sliced
c brown sugar
c granulated sugar
tsp salt
2 T cornstarch
2 c water
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch. Stir in water and cook 15 min. Add butter. Pour sauce over carrots, covering. (Casserole dish) Bake at 350 for 1 hrs.

Quick way:
Cook carrots until tender. Pour off water and use the 2 cups to mix with the other ingredients to make the sauce. Pour over carrots (casserole dish). Bake at 350 for 20 min.
