3 medium cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced (use slicing tool to get a thin cut)
1 medium onion, sliced (optional)
1 teaspoon salt (maybe more)
3/4 cup milk
2 T Mayo
1/4 cup cider vinegar or white vinegar
Minced fresh parsley, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers very thin.

In a bowl, sprinkle cucumbers with salt.
Let stand for 1 hour; drain and rinse. Squeeze out all the liquid.
Add milk, mayo and vinegar.
Add onion if desired. Toss gently. Add pepper if desired.
Sprinkle with parsley if desired.
