3 cups broccoli florets
olive oil
8 ounce flank steak or boneless beef sirloin sliced against the grain
3 garlic cloves minced or 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
1 medium onion sliced
⅓ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon pepper

Kikkoman Sir-Fry Sauce--Preservative Free

Rice or Spaghetti noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Marinade beef in soy sauce with garlic, ginger, and pepper while preparing vegetables or earlier in the day or night before.

In a large pot with boiling water, cook the noodles according to the package directions or cook rice.

Stir-fry beef in 1 tablespoon of hot oil in large skillet over high heat 2 minutes. Remove.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in same pan. Stir-fry onion until slightly caramelized about 5 minutes add broccoli and cook until broccoli is tender.

Add beef and ½ cup stir-fry sauce, cook and stir 1 minute.

Serve over rice/noodles.

Serve with cashews or peanuts.

I like to add chopped asparagus for additional vegetables.

This is the same idea for Chicken Stir-fry only I also add carrots, celery, zucchini, and mushrooms.
