Box of white button mushrooms
1 cup Italian bread crumbs (more if a lot of mushrooms)
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
garlic powder
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel top of mushrooms after removing stems
Or else clean tops with damp paper towel

Mix together:
1 cup Italian bread crumbs (more if a lot of mushrooms)
Add chopped stems (about 4 or 5) cleaned up by peeling brown parts
Add 1 tsp. parmesan cheese
Add Some garlic powder
Add olive oil to moisten mixture
Stuff caps of mushrooms with mixture

Before baking sprinkle olive oil over all mushrooms
Bake for 20-25 minutes in a 350 oven




Baked tomatoes with balsamic vinegar

Use small longated tomatoes, cut in half
Scoop out seeds
Put some minced garlic in each half
Sprinkle balsamic vinegar in each half
Sprinkle olive oil over all

Bake 350 for 25 minutes
