2 1/2 qt milk
2 1/2 c sugar
6 eggs, separated
3 heaping tbs flour
Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix milk and sugar and bring to a boil. Add egg yolks. Dissolve flour in cold milk and put it in the boiling milk. Let it boil a little. Cook it in a double boiler so as no to burn just before you put the cream in the freezer beat the whites of the eggs and add. Also add vanilla.
