2-3 pkgs. of frozen broccoli
1 cube of chicken bouillon
1 onion
1 pkg. of mushrooms
1 can of cream of chicken
pint of light or heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in microwave until tender, drain.
Melt bouillon cube in 1 cup of hot water.
Then blend broccoli add broth and puree.
Sautee mushrooms and onion add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Put in pot, add blended mixture, and then add cream of chicken and heavy cream.
If too thick add more broth.
Add salt and pepper to taste. (Everything is already cooked so just simmer until hot).
