1 pkg. wonton wraps
1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small can chopped olives
1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1-1/2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 pkg. ranch salad dressing mix (prepared according to pkg. directions – chill well after mixing)

Directions:
Set oven to 325 degrees. Brown wonton wraps in muffin pans. Set aside to cool. Brown sausage and drain very well. After sausage is drained add chopped pepper, olives, cheese and at least 1 cup of ranch dressing. Mix well. Fill wonton cups and put in oven until cheese melts and sausage is warm.
