⅓ cup sugar
1 ½ teaspoon cocoa
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 (15.25 ounces) yellow cake mix
1 tablespoon orange peel
¾ cup sour cream
⅓ cup butter
3 eggs
¼ cup water
⅓ cup thawed orange juice concentrate
⅓ cup sugar

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan. Combine sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon; set aside. In a large bowl, combine cake mix, orange peel, sour cream, butter, eggs, and water. Beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour ⅓ of the batter into the prepared Bundt pan. Sprinkle with ½ the sugar-cocoa mixture. Pour in an additional ⅓ of the batter and sprinkle with remaining sugar mixture. Add remaining batter. Cut through the batter, gently, with a knife to marble. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until cake tests as done. Cool 10 minutes in the pan before turning out onto a wire rack. While cake is cooling, bring to a boil the orange juice concentrate and ⅓ cup sugar. Boil 4 minutes. Brush on cake while warm, but out of the Bundt pan.
