8 Idaho potatoes, cut into cubes (skin on)
8 red potatoes, cut into cubes (skin on)
4 cups heavy cream
2 bags sharp cheddar cheese
2 containers of chicken broth
Real bacon bits (large bag)
Sweet onion, diced


Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion. Boil potatoes in chicken broth and some water if needed. Do not drain. When done mash them in the broth slightly leaving some of them intact. Add onion and bacon. Add heavy cream and a bag and half of cheese. Butter, salt and pepper to taste.
