Ingredients:
Ingredients:
6-large eggs
1-cup milk
1-Tablespoon salt
4-cups flour
Small amount of flour to place on counter
boiled chicken
8- cups chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
1. Whisk together the eggs and milk. In a separate bowl, mix salt and flour together and set aside. Next slowly mix in the flour mixture to the milk and eggs until it's a pasty texture.

2. Take extra flour and spread out over surface where it can remain overnight. Next place the noodle mixture in the middle of the flour and turn over a couple of times gathering up some of the extra flour.

3. Roll out flat making the dough about 1/4 inches thick. Let them dry overnight, not moving or touching them. Next take a pizza cutter and begin to cut through the dried dough making them long strips whatever thickness you'd like. Pull them up from the counter and set aside.

4. The night before, boil as much chicken as you'd like to put in with the noodles. When it is done, cool and cut or tear into small pieces.

5. In a large stock pot, put 8 cups of chicken broth and bring to a boil. Add in noodles and precooked chicken. Boil the noodles until tender and serve.
