1 lb. ground beef
4 or 5 medium potatoes (sliced thin)
1 lg. onion (sliced thin in rings)
1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup




Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in skillet, salt and pepper. In round casserole dish, spray with pam and layer meat, potatoes, onions. Add a little water to soup and pour over. Bake at 375 degrees. At end of baking, spread cheese on top, melt. Can use Deer meat instead of ground beef.
