2 + 1/2 cups sifted all purpose flour
1 + 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
1 cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks or 1 whole egg
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter + sugar until fluffy; than blend in egg and extracts.

Add flour + salt (sifted together + mix well).

Fill cookie press with dough and press fancy shapes unto ungreased cook sheets.

Bake @ 400 F. for 10 - 12 minutes.

Yield: about 5 dozen.

For best results: Chill press and cookie sheets before using.

When cookies are removed from oven, chill the pans under cold water before using again.
