1 quart milk
2 pkgs yeast
1 tsp sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c sugar
4 tsp salt
1 c salad oil
11 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk to lukewarm. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 c warm water and 1 tsp sugar. Beat 3 eggs. Add 3/4 c sugar, 4 tsp salt, 1 c salad oil and the warm milk. Add the yeast mixture and 11 c flour. May need a little more flour - knead about 10 minutes. Place in big tupperware bowl that has been buttered. Let rise and then punch down. Let rise again and then form into buns. Let rise again. Bake in 375 oven 10-15 minutes. Brush with butter and cover until ready to pack up.
