2-packages of chopped frozen spinach-thawed
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
4 hard boiled eggs (diced fine)
1/2 cup chopped white onions
1/2 cup chopped celery (optional)
1 round package of Hawaiian bread

Dressing:
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
1/4 teaspoon horseradish (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1.Thaw spinach and squeeze out all water.

2.Mix all the remaining ingredient with the spinach and let stand in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours but could be made the night before. Place in bowl in the center of the Hawaiian bread that has been hallowed out to fit the bowl.

3.Place remaining small town pieces of bread on serving plate near salad
