1 16 oz pkg marshmallows
1 c milk
1 c whipped cream or 1 c Cool Whip
2 cans blueberry pie mix

Crust:
graham crackers
1/3 c melted butter
4 Tbsp sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix enough finely crushed graham crackers with butter and sugar to cover 9 x 13 pan. Spread in the pan and pat. For the dessert, melt the marshmallows in the milk (I use microwave but watch). Cool and add the whipped cream or Cool Whip. Pour carefully over the crust. Spoon pie mix on top. Refrigerate.

NOTE: 2nd version when in a hurry

Butter a 9 x 13. Put 2 cherry or blueberry cans of pie mix in the pan. Spread a white cake mix over the top and drizzle with 1 stick of butter. Bake until the top is brown - 350º about an hour. Serve with whipped cream.

Cory & Kurt both like this. When buying cherry or blueberry pie filling, I buy the cheapest. I like the flavor better and it seems to have more fruit.
