1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 cup lukewarm cottage cheese
2 T sugar
1T minced onion
1 T butter
2 t dill seed
1 t salt
1/4 t soda
1 egg (room temp)
2 1/4-2 1/2 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Soften yeast in water. Combine other ingredients in bowl. Add yeast just before flour. Cover and let rise in warm place for one hour. Stir down and turn into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Let rise in warm place 30-40 minutes. Bake at 350º for 40-50 minutes. Brush with melted butter and shake on salt. Best served warm. May be heated in oven or sliced and toasted.
