1 lb. ground chuck
2/3 c. oatmeal/ bread crumbs/ crackers
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
salt, pepper, thyme, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, Tabasco, sauteed onions and garlic

Directions:
Directions:
Coat with ketchup, vinegar, and brown sugar. Cover with bacon strips. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
