Directions:
Place eggs in a saucepan and add cold water to cover. (Do not start with hot water.) Bring eggs to a good rolling boil, immediately cover and remove from the heat. Let the eggs stand, covered (still in the water) for 17-20 minutes, depending on the size of the egg. Place eggs in ice water for 10 minutes before peeling.
