1 tbsp olive oil
1 lb. chicken, cut in 1/2 in cubes
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 cans of Great Northern, rinsed and drained
1 can chicken broth
24 oz. chopped green chili's
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. heavy cream, 6 tbsp. milk and 1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir chicken, onion, and garlic into the hot oil until chicken is no longer pink, 10-15 min.
Mix Great Northern, broth, green chili's, salt, cumin, oregano, black pepper, and cayenne pepper into chicken mixture. bring to a boil and simmer for 30 min.
Remove chili from heat, stir in sour cream and whipping cream.
