1 3 oz pkg sliced dried beef
2-4 chicken breasts (depending on size of your casserole and the size of the breasts, sometimes I slice them in 1/2)
bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can sliced mushrooms (or artichokes) + liquid
8 oz sour cream (or plain yogurt)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a casserole dish and arrange the dried beef on the bottom of it. Place chicken on the dried beef and then the bacon on top of the chicken. Bake uncovered @ 350º for 30 minutes. Combine the soup, mushrooms & sour cream and pour that over the baked chicken. Bake covered for another 30-45 minutes.
