1- 12 oz can of mexi-corn, drained
1 cup mayo
c grated parmesan cheese
2 c Monterrey jack cheese
1 sm can chopped green chiles, drained
1- 4 oz jar chopped pimentos, drained
optional- add 1 can black beans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix and pour together into casserole dish
Bake for 15 minutes
Optional- microwave for 5 minutes
