1 large pkg imitation crab meat, shredded
2 chopped cucumbers
3-6 Avocadoes, sliced
6-8 chopped Roma Tomatoes
1 can Rotel, drained
¼-½ chopped white or yellow onion
2-3 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp lime juice
garlic salt and Tony Chachere's, to taste

Directions:

Chop and mix all ingredients in a large bowl except avocado. Slice and cut/chunk avocadoes on top or in a seperate bowl, and mix in when ready to serve. Avocado will get mushy if it sits too long.
