1 big box apricot JelloŠ (or preferred flavor)
2 c hot water
2 c cold water
#2 can crushed pineapple, drain, save juice
2 c small marshmallows
2 bananas sliced


Topping
1 beaten egg
1/2 c sugar
2 tbs flour
1/2 c pineapple juice
8 oz cream cheese

Whipped cream
Chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put all Jello ingredients together. Let this set. Then put topping on.

Topping
Cook egg, sugar, flour, and pineapple juice over hot water until thick. Cool and whip in cream cheese. Put on top of Jello.

Spread whipped cream on top. Then some chopped nuts on this.


Makes 2 large dishes or one real big one.
