6 medium baking potatoes unpeeled and cubed 1/4 cup butter 1 pkg dry onion soup mix 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese 5 green chopped onions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes in 9"x13" dish, dot with butter and sprinkle dry onion mix over the top. Cover and bake for 25 mins , uncover and stir, cover and bake for 30 more mins . Sprinkle with cheese and green onions
