3/4 c. unsalted butter softened
3/4 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 egg at room temp.
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. white chocolate chips
3/4 c. dried cranberries

Directions:

Beat together butter, the sugars, the egg, and vanilla.
In separate bowl combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Slowly mix into the wet ingredients. Mix in chocolate and cranberries.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour. This is important!
Remove from the refrigerator and let sit at room temp for ten minutes. Roll balls of dough about 1 Tablespoon and place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook for 8 to 9 minutes. The cookies should be soft when they are taken out.
