One Box of Tri Color Rotini Pasta (Barilla)
4-5 Tablespoon of Zesty Italian Dressing
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1 Teaspoon of Pepper
One Can 2.25 oz of Black Olives Slice
12 oz of Birds Eye Steam Fresh Broccoli
12 Cherry Tomatoes Cut in Halves
1 Medium Onion Dice
8 oz of Fresh Mozzarella Dice To Square

Directions: |
Directions:Cook pasta as directed by the box instructions
Drain Set Aside
Slice and Dice Mozzarella Cheese
Tip: Use non stick spray
on knife it will prevent the cheese
from sticking to the knife.
Slice cherry tomatoes into halves
Dice the medium onion
Sautéed in pan with a tablespoon of olive oil
Cook Until Translucent.
Add all above Ingredients
To the cook pasta
Add 4-5 tablespoon of Italian Dressing
1 teaspoon of salt and pepper |

Notes: Pasta salad its so versatile you could add whatever you like to it like veggies, meat or fish and still make it into a fulfilling meal that everyone will like and even your picky eaters. I like making it and storing in the fridge for the days I do not have time to cook. This is easy to re-heat or eat cold. It could be serve with any meat or fish of your preference if not just eating it alone its great. Here is my version I had been doing for a long time and its fast so if you are not a cook or do not like to waste to much time in the kitchen this its your recipe. If you a mom with a small amount of time and want something healthy and tasty this its the recipe for you and your family.
