Muffin:
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 pkg lemon instant pudding
2 cups Bisquick Original baking mix
1/4 cup poppy seed
1/4 t grated lemon peel

Glaze:
2/3 cup powdered sugar
3-4 t lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil, milk, eggs and pudding mix with a fork until well blended. Stir in poppy seed and lemon peel until blended. Divide batter equally among 12 medium muffin cups which have been greased or lined with paper baking cups. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Make glaze, mixing until smooth. Drizzle over muffins.
