8 tablespoons shredded mozzarella
8 pepperonis
Italian seasoning
Salt

Preheat oven to 350
Create 8 piles of cheese a parchment lined baking sheet. Top with pepperoni and season.
Bake for 7 minutes. If you want them to be extra crispy, broil for the last minute or two.
Take out, let harden and enjoy!

Note: the more you salt them the less greasy they will be. Each pile of cheese should be 1 tablespoon, try to make the piles just slightly bigger than the pepperonis.
