6 sq ( 6 oz) sweet chocolate
1 sq ( 1 oz) bitter chocolate

1 1/2 T. boiling water

4 unbeaten egg yolks

4 stiffly beaten egg whites

1 cup stiffly beaten heavy cream

1 angle food cake

Directions:
Break angel food into smaller pieces into a pan

1. melt chocolate in double boiler
2. add boiling water to chocolate - mix continuously

take mixture off stove top

3. Add egg yolks 1 at a time mixing continuously until chocolate takes on a glossy look
4. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites
5. Fold in stiffly beaten heavy cream
6. pour mix over angel food, cover pan with Reynolds wrap and put in refrigerator overnight.
