4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups Ritz Crackers (one sleeve)
4 tablespoons of melted butter
8 ounces frozen broccoli
4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

Preheat oven to 350


Mix the can of Cheddar cheese soup with one cup of milk. Put the chicken in a baking dish. Season and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Pour 3/4 of the soup over the chicken, then add broccoli. Melt butter and combine with Ritz crackers.


Sprinkle the crackers over the broccoli, then add the remaining soup. Bake for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is done.


Remove from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
If you'd like the cheese to be browned you could place your casserole under the broiler for 2 minutes (watch closely when broiling)
