Ingredients:
10 chicken thighs
Zesty Italian dressing
1 cup Grated Parmesan cheese OR Parmesan Flakes
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Take 9 X 13 pan and lightly grease with Pam.

Wash and pat down ten chicken thighs and remove skin or leave skin on (your choice)

Take one bacon strip (per thigh) and wrap it around the thigh twice and place in pan tucking the bacon end under the chicken thigh.

Drizzle Italian Salad dressing over top of each thigh ( about 2 tbsp on each) and for best results marinate in fridge overnight.

Drain off excess dressing before coating (sprinkling) with parmesan cheese.
Top off with black pepper and bake.

Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes, half way through you will need to pull the pan out of the oven and drain off some of the juice with a gravy ladle is best. So the chicken coating remains crispy.

This chicken is great hot & cold and we eat it with garlic mash potato,or rice, green leaf salad and side of beets.

Last few minutes you can turn on the broil and brown the tops.
