Five Chicken Thighs
Five Chicken Drumsticks
4 Green Onions wash and slice in half
1 Small White Onion
Potatoes (3 -4 medium) Cut into wedges
4 Carrots, cut into 2" lengths
Seasoning salt 1 Tsp
Garlic Powder 1 Tsp
Onion Powder 1 Tsp
Paprika 1 Tsp
Black Pepper 1 Tsp
Fresh Thyme Add At the End
All Spice Tsp Add At the End

STEP 1 - Seasoning Chicken: In a bowl, add spices (seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper) and mix really well. Preheat oil in pot on medium heat.


STEP 2 Take chicken and place in oiled pot approx. cup oil and brown on all sides.

STEP 3 Remove chicken from oil and drain out extra oil. Now add cut up veggies to the same chicken cooking pot you have been using.

STEP 4 - Turn heat down to between low and medium heat and add 11/2 Cup of water and place chicken on top of veggies. Add fresh thyme & Allspice. Cover with a lid & Let simmer and allow water to cook down.

Cook time approximately 25-30 minutes

STEP 5 Serve over white rice & enjoy OR enjoy as is!
