Cupcakes:
1 cup shortening
12 T white sugar
12 T brown sugar
2 eggs
2 cups + 4T flour
1 t vanilla
1 t baking powder
1 t soda
1 t salt

Extra Layer:
2 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
Large package chocolate chips
1 cup nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Mix cupcake ingredients and bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Mix eggs, brown sugar, salt and vanilla. Add chocolate chips and nuts and put on top of hot cupcakes. Bake 10 more minutes.
