Finely grated peel of one orange
1 cup orange juice
1 1/4 cup real butter (room temp)
1 pkg of cream cheese (room temp)
1 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer orange peel and juice in small sauce pan about 4 minutes or until juice is reduced to 1/2 cup. Cool. Cream butter and cream cheese in mixing bowl until fluffy. Add sugar alternately with orange juice until desired consistency and well blended. Suggestions: Chill and use as spread on fruit & nut breads, pancakes, toast and waffles.
