8 oz. frozen cod filets 14.5 oz. can diced tomatoes 12 oz. celery, chopped 1 t dried oregano 1 t dried basil salt and pepper to taste
Place tomatoes, celery, and spices in medium sized stockpot Bring to a boil over medium heat Add frozen fish filets Reduce heat and cook for 10-15 minutes Cook until mixture is heated through and fish is opaque and flaky Thin with a little water, if desired
