2 T oli
1 small onion chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
2 small cans tomato paste
1 large can crushed tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
1 T sugar
T salt
T pepper
T Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a large kettle, saute onions and garlic in oil over med heat. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes. Add sugar, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Simmer for about 3 hours with partially open cover. Add a little water if necessary. When sauce is done, it will be thick. Add Meatballs, Italian sausage or chicken if desired.
Freezes well.
